Happy Now?
I'll be the first to admit I don't know what the hell I'm doing, which is shortly before everybody else realizes this fact as well. I do, however, know when something smells funny.
I signed up for lavalife tonight, which is an online dating service. All my friends are married, and I'd rather not date their sisters, because well, I want them to remain my friends.
So, I jump through the hoops to get signed up, and within 10 minutes I get a smile. It's from some little chickadee in the Philippines. Oh yay. As I read through this, she's lead a hard 27 years. Apparently her parents died 3 years ago, in a car crash, but she's accepted and moved on and it's time for her to get married.
I think I'm in love.
There's one catch though. You see, Lavalife prints out a distance from you based on postal code/zip code. So, this young chickadee, living in the Phillippines is a torturous 3700 miles from me.
Here's where basic geography comes in to play. According to Google Earth, Ottawa to Manila is 8100 miles, as the crow flies over the pole.
It's better to have loved and lost, I spose. Block, and move on.
At least she doesn't werk at dunkin donuts.

I've heard a lot of good things about Lavalife. Also, Phillipino women are teh hawt.
Phillipino women, sure. Phillipino women who claim to be currently residing in the Phillippines but are actually in Brazil, France or Vladivostok really don't do it for me.
Never underestimate the power of a wonderful Phillipino woman. The cook. No, really. THEY. COOK. Omg ... seriously Serd ... time to move buddy. ;)
