That's my bodyfat percentage. I managed to get to the gym today, and had a chat with the trainer. We worked over some ideas of how to improve/vary my workout with a bit more focus on weights. Ultimately, the goal is the CN tower climb. But for now, I'm going to try to get under 40% body fat.
In other news... well, chances are you already have the other news. I want to thank ya'll again for your thoughts, words and prayers. They are appreciated.
I did spend a couple of hours on the phone last night, trying to find rooms and finally settled on 89 Chestnut, which is a residence of the University of Toronto. I must admit, it looks a damned sight better than the Waverley Hotel.

You can do it. By the time the CN Tower Climb rolls around, you and me are going to be hauling Muis' limp body up the stairs :)
Hang in there, buddy.
Grats on still making it to the gym :) I was usually pretty good at making it until I missed a day or two and then I usually just quit. Varied workouts are a Good Thing (TM), helps you keep up your interest.
