Vignettes

Braised pork and prune ragout, along with a helping of Bread and Butter with custard; that was lunch at St. Martin's in the Field crypt. Yum! The coffee was cheap, at only £2.10. I'm trying not to do the conversion.

Dinner last night was a Yorkshire wrapped roast beef sandwich, chips and a pint of Greene King IPA; highly recommended, would drink again. And continuing in the vein of wonderful dinners, we went to Napule's for dinner, were we ordered pizza by the meter - my section consisted of parma ham, sausage, artichoke and mushroom but the highlight for me was the the antipasto - grilled veggies, olives (not a fan but I keep trying them), proscuitto, spicy salami, bruschetta and buffalo mozzarella.

The Singer and I travel well together; she finds the sites and I find the food. What a team. In other observations, we don't seem to have been destroyed by the Large Hadron Collider. Yet.
