Which weigh did he go

Well, I got back to the gym again today. One of these times I'll get it right. So, here I'm starting again back at 285lbs. I'm gonna try for 270 by October and 260 by January. Hopefully I'll be at 235 by April, but that's pretty agressive and subject to relapse. It's been discussed among the support crew that we're gonna do the WWF CN tower climb in April.

1776 stairs. 396m vertically. 1,136ft.

Straight up.

RJA did the climb in ~26 minutes this year, though I'm admittedly the weak link in the plan and I'm going to try to change that. At the very least, I'll shed a few needed pounds and work of some of the stress I seem to incur at work. Regardless, I'm going to post my weight biweekly just to see how progress tracks... or doesn't.

I'm glad that you've gone back to the gym. :) I really need to get back on the wagon again, but I've been a zombie in the mornings. I figure that I'll try again once we get moved. I have been doing much better with food, and have been cooking at home more. Unfortunately its cookies and cakes that I've been cooking. :P
