If I was smart

Well, I'm not. But if I was, then I'd invest in a set of stackable molds which would allow me pour out the chocolate and save myself the hassle & mess of rolling them out. Below are the before and after pictures.
Ahh, but where are the truffles you ask. They're cooling again. I'll roll them in goodness tomorrow morning. So, from all that I got 68 truffles. People will be bouncing off the walls!
