Just Ribbin Ya

Well, the ribs were well received, as was everything else. =) I was really pleased with the chicken, since I let it sit in garlic, ginger and lemon juice for a couple hours before I fried it up. I got a little crazy with the soy sauce by accident, but there were no complaints.

I was really glad I'd done the prep work the night before, since I had thank you lunch to attend. It was actually for me as offered by the folks who I covered for. They gave me scotch. I gave them still warm cookies. I'd call that a draw. I got back around 2, and wasn't at all pressed for time.

Till I realized I was out of napkins at 6:15. Fortunately, it was a guy get together, so clean dishtowels worked just fine. =) Magic was fun and Nail brought some of his wife's Amish Cinnamon Bread. It was delicious. =) Now, I just need to hire someone to clean up my kitchen.

In the end, I tossed the rib water, but I think I'll try my hand at stock again soon.
