Is this Lump out of my head, I think so
Drag my ass back to work tomorrow, and continue the fight with the insurance company. They're such darling little people.
No real news on the dating front. Emails go out. Emails get read. No response is forthcoming. I move on. I fully realize that there has to be a physical attraction, it just seems I keep rolling snake eyes lately. I'm not generally the kind of guy who gets noticed because of his looks and the online scene is very visual. Keep plugging away at it though.
Sort of like going to the gym, though I've been plugging very lightly there lately. Last week was a total wash due to constantly feeling like I got run over by a truck. Still, I'm down to 283.8, which is down from 295, 8 weeks ago. Hopefully, I can stand on the treadmill for a while tomorrow. Maybe get some of the energy back. It seems my get up and go has got up and went though. Any suggestions for kicking my ass back to the gym would be welcome.

Suggestions?
Just do it. Even if you only do 10 minutes - just go through the motions and get your but out there every day.
You're on a good track, don't get discouraged.
Glad you're feeling better man.
Failing that, there's always me and Salty coming over and literally "kicking your ass back to the gym"
;)
Salty's out sick today. His kicks hurt.
I find that it helps motivate me if I tie something I really want to do to the thing that I feel I ought to do. No playing with my cards until I've done weights on days X and Y, for example.
Having me on hand to ride your ass about going to the gym is also a good approach :)
Read a magazine. I find something like Men's Health or some such is usually full of ideas and inspiration.
Like everyone else, I say just do it. Quit making excuses (excuses are for losers!) and get your bum out there. You will feel SO great and SO proud of yourself after you do! Trust me, dude.
