Le me tell sometin to joo
Happy Feet... two different movies. The first half is a wonderful, funny, singing, dancing, Robin Williams over the top affair. The second half is a preachy National Geographic special whose writing staff seems to have interned on Grey's Anatomy (the plot has more holes than Swiss Cheese). So, stop at Chapter 16, where the happy ending occurs.
Aside from that, the Singer and myself are in the midst of preparing for the move. We're still waiting on paperwork from the landlord, but my gentle insistence has caused them to realize that they should you know... get on it.
I renewed my Costco membership (Price Club) on the weekend. Whether or not it was a mistake remains to be seen. However, I did pick up a package of chicken breasts as well as tilapia fillets. I baked up some of the latter on Sunday, and served it with leftover fried rice and sauteed green beans.
The fillets were coated in a bit of butter, garlic, curry powder, lemon and seasoned salt, then baked for 15-18 minutes at 350F. The green beans were sauteed in olive oil, a bit of salt and lemon. Mmmmm yummy.
End Transmission.

Yum! I'm on my way!
Actually, I gotta start cooking again. Just, motivation is lacking. And really, I don't know why - I love to cook. Might need to kick myself in the pants. Scary thought, scarier visual. Sorry. :)
I'd been really out of cooking lately too, but it's starting to creep back. I made two batches of cookies this weekend and dinner tonight. I think that cooking is a cooler weather thing for me, because when it was 100+ I couldn't drag myself into the kitchen.
Welcome back. ;)
Yeah, I'm more of a cool weather cook.
