Obey All Posted Limits!

This is post 101 for those of you keeping track at home, so that's basically me. Anyways, I had an expensive breakfast yesterday; the bill came to $400.

Breakdown of Expenses:
Food and Tip - $12
Speeding Ticket - $283 and four points
No Sticker on my Plate - $110

I got nailed by an approaching police officer on Fisher, less than 300m from my apartment. The charge, 88km/h in a 50km/h zone. And to top it off, he nailed me for not having the sticker on my plate despite the car being legal until 2008.

As usual, I tend to catch the book square in the face.

I had an expensive breakfast last weekend as well. As I was exiting the garage, I turned the corner too sharply, and well... there's a big solid yellow fence right there. It left its mark on my driver side door and rear door. I haven't gotten the estimate for that.

So, all that's left to do is laugh... and maybe start making breakfast at home.

I'd plea "guilty with a reason" for the whole sticker thing. You paid your fees, but the sticker never made it on. You'll likely get off (but not in the really good way).

I used to have a yellow skid mark on my car too where I got too close to the yellow bumper in a Subway drivethrough. :)

For the speeding, he had me dead to rights. The thing that annoys the shit of me is the first thing anybody asks is, "Did he knock it down?".

I guess I'm the lucky guy who caught the cop on a mission.

Wow! they must be out to kill this month. I have parked beside the Barley Mow Pub for the last 10mths...and on Wednesday after I went out at lunch to get my Drive Clean done...I got a Parking Ticket for $30. Not quite $400...but I now have to pay the parking ticket before I get the sticker renewed. doh! :{
