Wrong Side of the Bed

Oh boy, did I find the wrong side of the bed to wake up on this morning. Little did I realize that the muscle spasm in my calf would be the highlight of my day. So, I ended up inflicting myself on my coworkers, though I'm sure they'd have been glad for me to go back to bed. I had zero patience, time and tact. Like all bad things though, they must come to an end, so I left for the day.

Besides, I needed to get some grocery shopping done. I'm finally paying out on the Cinnamon buns that RJA won back in November. To my shock and surprise this time, my yeast activated! I also changed recipes, opting instead for Mr. Warkentin's lucious (Cinnamon) buns. Thus far, the dough has risen well, and continues to rise as the cookies bake. Nothing special, just ginger sparklers for our lovely admin at work. It's her birthday tomorrow... shh.

It's now 0148, the oven is off and the cinnamon buns are cooling. It looks like they turned out okay!

Finally, I remembered, I have to get on Capital Tickets! They have my depost for the 2009 World Juniors! I want my tickets or I want their heads!

They're the local ticket extortionists here in Ottawa. I'm trying to reserve tickets for the World Juniors in 2009.

I had to lay a 200 dollar deposit in January, pending confirmation of tickets in March. Thieves. So, March has passed, and I want to know where my tickets are.

I got comments like, mmmm and oh my god, and I can't believe you're still single.

So, they were at least edible. ;)

I don't know about your calf Serd, but those cinibuns were the highlight of MY day!

Just toss those in with my snickerdoodle order (that was placed in 2004!).
